The Department for Constitutional Affairs has submitted a questionnaire and consultation paper on after-the-event insurance claims. The document has been sent to the Association of British Insurers, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Amicus, the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Motor Insurers' Bureau, as well as numerous other bodies. Anybody with a view is welcome to respond.
