Henderson has appointed four new key members of staff. Andrew Thompson has accepted the position of managing director at the head office in Leeds. Other new additions to the line-up include John Holder, who has taken up the role of associate director and James Browne, who has been employed as a claims broker. Another recent recruit to the expanding team is Gareth Rushton who has been appointed as agricultural manager. He is located at Henderson's North Yorkshire office in Ripon and will oversee
