Stuart Alexander has bought Bournemouth-based Wessex InsuranceBrokers, taking its gross written premium to £15m. Wessex has 22 staff,
who will all be retained by Stuart Alexander, and commands a GWP of £3m,
split 70/30 between commercial and personal lines. The City of
London-based intermediary is planning to make more acquisitions in the
coming months.
