Arnott Group Holdings has completed the acquisition of CenturyInsurance Centres for an undisclosed sum, as exclusively revealed by
Professional Broking last month (p1).
The two intermediary chains will merge and the new operation, branded
Arnott-Century, will, according to the Arnott Group, be the fourth largest
intermediary in the UK after the AA, Swinton and Hill House Hammond.
The deal was funded by Capricorn, which has a 49% stake in the
business.
The remaining 51% shareholding is held by Brooks
