Financial and risk services organisation Alexander Forbes has secured£100m of offshore funds to finance its international expansion plans.
Group chief executive Graeme Kerrigan said the funding would be used to
repay £30m borrowed from the bank to buy Johnstone Douglas and for further
UK acquisitions. He hoped to announce several new acquisitions in the near
future.
