The products, services and staff of CSC's intermediary insurancedivision have all been transferred to Software Solutions Partners,
following SSP's acquisition of the division in March.
SSP now runs all of CSC's former high-street intermediary packages, as
well as corporate clients including Swinton Insurance, the Willis Network
and the Key Choice Marketing Group.
All 168 CSC staff transferred to SSP, which aims to take on 60 new staff
over the next three years to generate a 50% rise in revenue
