Cox Insurance has opened a new call centre in Bradford to service its growing personal lines business.The Retail Division of Cox has taken on 60 staff from the local area to work in the centre and there is room for a further 200. The division's other call centres are in Solihull, Swansea and Brentwood, where its head office is based. The company employs 1300 staff in total.
