Lloyd's broker RL Davison has announced a series of senior appointments. Lawrence Shortland has been appointed to the posts of chief executive and managing director, and Sharon Myers becomes financial director. Both have been with the company for 10 years. John Davies, who has been with RL Davison for 12 years, becomes deputy chairman.
