The Willis Commercial Network has recruited another Scottish member. Commercial & Agricultural Insurance Brokers of Arbroath, established in 1981, has a gross written premium of around £3.5m. Arbroath partner Stephen Hamilton said: "As the market changes, I feel that all brokers are affected and need to review their position. The Willis Commercial Network allows us to retain our independence while joining a strong team."
