The insurance industry initiative i2i-link will be delayed by weeks
or even months Martin McLachlan, head of Polaris, has revealed.

"Getting the model right is what it is is all about," he said, adding that
it is still too early to estimate when anything will be launched.

The delay in the launch also resulted in i2i cancelling its stand at the
BIBA conference just one week before the event. A spokesman for Misys said
there was no reason to take a stand as there was nothing to show.
