The Insurance Fraud Bureau has unveiled Sue Jones as its full-time head. Jones is currently head of counter-fraud at Royal Bank of Scotland Insurance. She said: "I'm looking forward to building on the results achieved to date by the IFB, working with colleagues from across the industry in the effort to combat organised fraud." Jones starts on 23 October. The chairman of the IFB is John Beadle, counter-fraud manager at Royal & SunAlliance.
