Only 27% of respondents thought the current system of employer's
liability compulsory insurance offered value for money, in a survey by
Aon. More than three quarters called for the government to research a
no-fault system to control the high legal costs being incurred. Aon
conducted the survey as part of its submission to the Department of Work
and Pension's ELCI review.
