Oxygen has appointed two new teams to its agency operation, Oxygen Insurance Managers. The first team will develop a portfolio of event contingency and cancellation business. Led by Chris Rackcliffe, the team will include Mark Symons and Christian Philips, who join from ASU International. The second team is led by Paul Newson, who joins from Capita, and will develop an accident and health and travel portfolio that will include sports business.
