Kiln has appointed Mem Bhatti as a director of the company, subjectto Lloyd's approval. He joins from XL Brockbank where he was a senior
underwriter for syndicates 588/861. He will be responsible for the
management of a new unit within Kiln to develop Third Party Capital
Managed syndicates.
