The administrator for Folksam International Insurance Company,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, has written to brokers involved with the defunct
insurer.


Folksam was placed into administration at the beginning of July, when the
introduction of new insolvency regulation meant its directors could no
longer guarantee run-off solvency. Claims payment has now ceased and PwC
cannot predict what proportion of each claim will be paid by Folksam.
