Consumers can now check their credit rating online at www.myequifax.co.uk, in a move that Equifax says is due to customer demand. Managing director Michael Shannon said: "Our survey of credit file enquirers showed 50% were from individuals who had been refused credit."
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
