Zurich Risk Services has launched a new business continuity planningproduct. The offering includes a software solution devised in association
with disaster recovery specialist Ark First. ZRS inherited the Ark &
General deal when it was created in March this year by the combination of
several existing commercial divisions at Zurich. Ark First was created
after disaster recovery specialist Ark & General was sold to Danish firm
ISS at the end of last year.
