Following an operational review, CSC is restructuring its insurance
business into two divisions: intermediary and corporate partnerships.


The new intermediary division is virtually the same as CSC's current
intermediary operations. Headed up by Steve Bow, it will be based in
Worthing and Halifax and will handle all the systems and software for
highstreet and provincial intermediaries.


A commercial lines package development department will be set up in
Worthing and will look after both CLEO and Gilt
