Sue Rogers has been appointed to claims customer service managerwithin the commercial lines division at ITT London & Edinburgh, where she
will be reporting to claims director, Peter Kinsman. Ms Rogers joined ITT
L&E in 1988, to specialise in liability after previously being with Eagle
Star working in a general property, liability and motor claims
environment.
The firm has also appointed Terry Newson to team manager of its City PI
operation. Mr Newson has worked in the London insurance market for
