Former Octavian and Shead Motor Policies underwriter Peter Routledge has been found guilty of three charges of misconduct and been permanently suspended from Lloyd's.
Following a meeting of the Council of Lloyd's, Mr Routledge was found guilty of conducting insurance business in a discreditable manner, contravening the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw and conducting insurance with a lack of good faith.
