Aon and Heath Lambert have reached a settlement of all of the litigation relating to former Aon Newcastle employees. The employees defected to Heath Lambert in the first quarter of last year, and legal proceedings began last April. Details of the settlement remain confidential, although some reports have suggested it is in the region of £1m.
