Businessrisk.com, the ex-Independent site bought by Axa, aims to hit
more than 500 brokers by the end of 2002.


The project is now piloting with 20 Axa brokers, 12 of whom used the site
in its previous incarnation. It hopes to attract the insurer's 120 premier
brokers and 400 preferred brokers by the end of next year.
Businessrisk.com now has five Axa products online and will add two more in
February.


The initiative had racked up eight Independent products and 90 Independent
brokers when the insurer
