UK loss adjuster McLarens International Group is merging withUS-based Maxson Young Associates. The new company will be known as
McLarens Young International. McLarens International operates in more than
80 countries and Maxson Young has 11 offices spread across the US. "The
name change brings us one step closer to the merger's completion," said
Vernon Chalfant, chairman and chief executive officer of Maxson Young.
