Ex-Independent Insurance board member Kevin Pallet and formercolleague Geoff Crisp are planning to launch a new commercial underwriting
agency, according to industry sources. However, both Mr Pallet and Mr
Crisp refused to comment on the speculation.
Market sources believe an announcement is imminent, with the two in the
process of finalising financial backing. Both Mr Pallet and Mr Crisp
resigned from Independent in April this year, where they had been
assistant general manager in charge of IT
