Welsh outfit Richard Keen (Insurance Brokers) has acquiredPontypridd-based Vaughan Thomas & Co.
Vaughan Thomas, which specialises in commercial insurance around the £5000
to £50,000 premium mark, will be incorporated into Richard Keen's offices
in Neath. Vaughan Thomas will stay with Richard Keen for a minimum of five
years, until his retirement.
Gareth Keen, managing director of Richard Keen believes that getting Mr
Thomas on board will encourage his clients to stay.
