In a bid to meet new business targets, national broker allianceUnitas has appointed ex-Northern Star managing director Les Jackson to the
newly-created role of chief executive.
Mr Jackson, who has also worked for Sun Alliance, will be based at the new
central office in Birmingham Business Park near Solihull. He said: "For
the last two years, Unitas has worked under the system of a rotating
chairman, with Phillip Bland recently taking over from David Slade.
