Acquisition Vehicle Cullum Capital Ventures, headed by former Towergate chief executive Tim Johnson, has completed the purchase of a second regional broker following its acquisition of Moffatt Saunders.
CCV has bought Richard V Wallis, based near Birmingham, which controls £9m of commercial and personal lines premium.
CCV expects five more deals, as Tim Johnson, chief executive of CCV, explained: "We have set ourselves some ambitious targets but we are determined to acquire only well established
