A 1999 deal brokered for Lloyd's of London by brokers Aon and Benfield is set for a court showdown. Lloyd's insured its Central Fund via six insurers and made a claim after the 9/11 attacks, but it only received £152m - a shortfall of £352m, Lloyd's has claimed. Aon and Benfield are set to contest any action.
