Groupama Insurances is planning a radical overhaul of the way it
markets personal lines insurance, which could see the insurer selling
motor and household cover on the back of non-insurance services such as
home repairs and car servicing.


The company - formed out of the merger of GAN and Lombard - has set up
several working parties to look into how it can benchmark its services
against other retail sectors.
