Bradford-based insurance broker TL Dallas wants to form more
partnerships with small brokers.

It is specifically interested in forming alliances with "well managed
niche players in the commercial market", according to Mike Martin,
director sales and marketing at TL Dallas & Co.

The company runs a partnership scheme on a part ownership basis. TL Dallas
injects cash into the smaller broker and gains a 51% hold of the
company.

The business can then operate as normal under the larger TL Dallas
umbrella
