A new online claims tracking service is allowing brokers to check the
progress of motor and fleet claims held by Allianz Cornhill.


The system will let brokers with significant accounts check the status of
individual claims, the full details of payments made and monies recovered,
and reports of total claims occurring within specified time periods. Fleet
managers will also be able to check the claims records of individual
drivers.
