Towergate Underwriting Services is to be re-named TowergateUnderwriting Group following its latest acquisition, Strovers, the
specialist wholesaler in the general and life intermediary market.
Strovers takes the number of companies in the Towergate Group to 13.
Colchester-based Strovers has a range of general insurance products, but
specialises in home insurance and specialist policies for dentists.
The firm will bring 1400 Strover agents to Towergate, bringing the total
agency base for the group
