Broker Direct has launched a range of new initiatives which are aimedat increasing the day-to-day involvement of its shareholding brokers.
A tele-support unit has been created in order to supplement on-site visits
to brokers. The need for such a telephone support system was highlighted
in Broker Direct's most recent Quality Assurance survey, which showed that
although brokers found field visits beneficial, they thought more contact
would prove worthwhile.
