The acquisition includes the Golf 'Umbrella' programme, Petwise Insurance
Services and the Chez Europe Overseas Property Insurance programme.
David Seel, formerly group development and marketing director at Swire
Blanch, has been appointed managing director of Towergate Programmes and
his duties will include responsibility for the ongoing marketing and
development of the recently acquired range.
