Philip Gregory has been appointed as the company's new chief executive officer. Gregory joins the broking giant after quitting his previous role as chief operating and chief financial officer at Marsh Europe, Middle East and Africa last year. In addition, Scott Staples has joined HSBC Insurance Brokers as head of claims. Previously, Staples was claims services director at Aon. He will have operational responsibility for all claims activities within the business.
