PricewaterhouseCoopers is making its final offer to ex-Independent
Insurance brokers.


The provisional liquidator is writing to tell brokers the terms of the new
deal on 5 June. It will also set a date by which brokers must accept or
reject the agreement - believed to be the end of June.


The deal will have to be accepted by the 'vast majority' of brokers in
order to go ahead. If it is accepted, deadlines will be set by which the
various monies held by brokers and policyholders will have to be
exchang
