Manchester-based insurance broker the CBG Group has raised £3m, after two placings of shares on the Alternative Investment Market at 141p per share.
The new funds are set to finance a number of potential acquisitions. In a separate deal Allianz bought 675,000 shares in the company, amounting to 5.6% of the broker.
