Payment protection insurer Burgesses has changed its company name to British Insurance and will be known by the trading name britishinsurance.com Simon Burgess, managing director of British Insurance, said: "We intend to go from strength to strength in the UK payment protection market, which is worth £8bn annually, and expect to take a substantial share from the banks."
