Lee Goddard and Shane Garvey have both been prohibited from practicing within the insurance industry by the Financial Services Authority. The pair admitted to knowingly authorising the withdrawal of client money from the broking account of Fabien Risk Services to keep the company trading. The money was also used to pay directors' and staff wages. FRS went into liquidation in Q4 2005, owing over £700,000.
