A survey of small businesses, on behalf of Axa, has revealed the failure of IT systems is the most feared threat to ongoing health and profitability. A total of 91% of respondents identify IT failure as a threat to their business, with 23% believing it to be significant. IT problems were identified by a quarter of respondents as the most common cause of business failure.
