Primary Broker Services and ATD General have merged to form Primary General, which began trading on 15 January. In combining the strengths of both, parent PBS Holdings has ambition to: maintain strong relationships at a local level; offer access to experienced, motivated and flexible underwriting and claims professionals; provide a level of exclusivity not readily available from its competitors; and offer a higher quality of service than other underwriting agencies or insurers.
