The Creditors of Independent Insurance Group is going ahead with itsaction against the failed insurer, claims Kevin Young, chairman of both
the CIIG and Argyll Insurance Brokers.
Mr Young said: "We have had a positive response from counsel and are
waiting on some pieces of evidence to get a written opinion, then we can
go to our membership and suggest we take action."
