Health insurance company Preferred Medical has bought the privatemedical insurance portfolio of Private Medical, doubling its annual
medical premium income to £9m. Preferred Medical is one of four companies
in the Preferred Group and operates from two offices in North Petherton.
It advises more than 5000 clients in the private client and corporate
sector.
