The trial of three former directors of Independent Insurance started on Wednesday 30 May at Southwark Crown Court, London. Judge Rivlin QC confirmed that the trial was scheduled to run until the third week of September, with a holiday break between 25 July and 13 August. He added that this timeframe could not be guaranteed and could change included three weeks' either way.
