The British Insurance Brokers' Association has announced that Sir Bob Geldof will be one of the main speakers at Biba's 2008 conference in Glasgow, starting on 30 April 2008. Other speakers include BBC security correspondent Frank Gardner, political economist Dr Noreena Hertz and James Rubin, who served under President Bill Clinton as assistant Secretary of State and chief spokesman for the State Department.
