Ecclesiastical Insurance has confirmed that Ansvar will continue
trading as a wholly-owned, but separately branded subsidiary of the
Gloucester-based insurer.

This news follows the completion of Ecclesiastical's £11.5m acquisition of
the Ansvar Group at the end of last year.

Brian King, public affairs manager for Ecclesiastical told PB: "We do not
intend to integrate any of the products, but instead will continue to
strengthen and revitalise their broker relationships."
