Junior insurance staff feel training is lacking, appreciation
sporadic and salaries are average at best. Managers believe that training
needs are not being met and that senior staff are undertrained. These are
the findings of a poll of 200 insurance personnel by recruitment firm
Joslin Rowe. The majority of junior staff earning between £8000 and
£16,000, saw their salary as below average and felt undervalued at work.
