A US insurance transaction portal is previewing in the UK at the
British Insurance Brokers' Association conference.


SEEC is launching the Axcess portal at the London Insurance IT Show on
15-16 May but is going to the BIBA conference to find out what UK brokers
want. Axcess has been running in the US for three months.


The portal allows insurers and brokers to communicate with each other via
the internet at all stages of the insurance process, from initial
