General insurance brokers should move into the healthcare market,
according to Andy Sampson, head of general insurance planning and research
at Legal & General.


"It is a great opportunity for high-street brokers selling general
insurance," he said.


"Brokers are in a much better position than independent financial advisers
because they have so much more contact with the clients. With renewals,
they know they will be talking to the customer at least once a year."
