JLT Corporate Risks, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson, is set to acquire Coventry-based Pavilion Insurance Network for over £6m. Coventry-based Pavilion specialises in leisure niche insurance - the biggest product is music, including DJs and musical instruments. The gross written premium last year was £3m, and in the last fiscal year Pavilion made earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation of £423,000.
